Doors to Elsewhere

Through their use of colour, the artists presented invite us into unknown worlds: those inhabited by Pia Maria Raeder’s organic creatures and the sensitive monsters in Marlène Mocquet’s paintings. At the intersection of art and design are Samuel Accoceberry’s micro-architectures in mirror-polished steel and Gaspard Fleury-Dugy’s knitted sculptures made with fluorescent yarns. Colour becomes material and can be felt through the body: in the touch of François Mascarello’s rugs inspired by record sleeves, and in the textured sfumato of Djim Berger’s sprayed porcelain.
